Exploring a more confident transportation experience, from searching for a route to understanding where an armada is in real time.
The context
Transportation experiences connect a lot of small decisions: route selection, operators, travel dates, pickup points, and timing. When information is fragmented, the journey can feel unnecessarily complex.
The design challenge
How might we make the most important information easier to find, understand and trust? The example process below demonstrates a case-study structure and should be replaced with approved documentation.
My approach
I started by mapping the journey and identifying information gaps. I explored user flows, information hierarchy, interface states, and ways to communicate progress without overwhelming the passenger.
What I explored
Clear search entry points, consistent booking states, more visible vehicle positioning, and a design language that stays readable across mobile and web.
Reflection
Good interfaces remove uncertainty. The next step is to document final outcomes, constraints, and evidence from production work.
